System Requirements

For personal devices, the following system requirements must be met before submitting a request for remote access:

1. A high speed internet connection.
This is the responsibility of all remote access users to obtain.

2. A Windows or Mac Computer.
NOTE - Mobile Devices and Tablets are NOT supported

Windows supported operating systems:
Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10

NOTE - If Windows operating system is not shown above, it is NOT supported

Mac supported operating systems:
High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina
(OS X 10.13 or newer)

NOTE - If Mac operating system is not shown above, it is NOT supported

3. One of the following supported web browsers:
- Internet Explorer
- Google Chrome
- Safari
- Firefox

NOTE - If web browser is not shown above, it is NOT supported
