Wooster is located at the Wooster FHC 1740 Cleveland Road, Wooster.
The employee fitness center is part of the Cardiac Rehab fitness center in the basement of Fairview Hospital’s Parkview Building, 18101 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio.
Membership types:
EHP, non-EHP
Membership is $10/month (unless paid by the EHP), and payments can be made through payroll deduction or can be made via the hospital cashier.
Applications and measurements are taken Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 7am-7pm.
EHP members can request and be granted access to other Cleveland Clinic-owned facilities at no additional charge.
Spouses and dependents of EHP members need to obtain a badge from Fairview Hospital Human Resources upon registration to gain access to the facility.
Members can register for free parking by visiting parking services on the Terrace Level of the Parkview Building.
