S.I.R.E.N.S. - A New Option for Weight Management

Originally designed for the Cleveland Clinic Police Department, this unique program consists of fun and engaging education activities on nutrition, exercise and stress management - including workouts, healthy cooking demonstrations, and relaxation techniques.  Classes are being held on Main Campus and at the Lyndhurst / TRW facility.  For program details, dates, registration and cost, visit the SIRENS page.
