Windows XP Support
As of April 8, 2014, Microsoft no longer supports Windows XP.

Due to security concerns, the Remote Access team and the Helpdesk can no longer support personally-owned devices still running Windows XP.

This does not apply to Cleveland Clinic-owned devices.

Please visit this site for more information on Windows XP end-of-life and this site to determine what operating system you are using if you are unsure.  If you are still using Windows XP, we recommend upgrading to Windows 7 or 8.  You may also consult your supervisor about using a Cleveland Clinic-issued laptop for work purposes.

Windows 8.1 and 10 Support Note

Windows 8.1 and  Windows 10 are only compatible with 4|CornersLite.  Click the 4|CornersLite button on the right for more information.
Apple and Android tablet support note
iPad and Android tablet users: automatic configuration of the Receiver is back!  Click on the 4|Corners Lite button on the right and follow the appropriate links to configure your tablets.
