As of April 8, 2014, Microsoft no longer supports Windows XP.
Due to security concerns, the Remote Access team and the Helpdesk can no longer support personally-owned devices still running Windows XP.
This does not apply to Cleveland Clinic-owned devices.

If you are still using Windows XP, we recommend upgrading to Windows 7 or 8. You may also consult your supervisor about using a Cleveland Clinic-issued laptop for work purposes.
