Buildings & Properties On-Boarding

Cleveland Clinic has partnered with RedCarpet/Silkroad software system to facilitate online on boarding for contractors and service providers working on construction projects and renovations in all facilities (Main Campus and regional locations).

Badge Request Form

  • The primary point of contact at the contracted company is required to submit the badge request form at least 14 business days in advance of start date and email to BandPBusinessSupport@ccf.org with subject: BADGE REQUEST FORM.

Upon receipt of required information, a Cleveland Clinic Coordinator will initiate the request in RedCarpet/Silkroad. Individuals will receive e-mail notification to begin the process and additional notifications will follow as progress is being made in the assigned on-boarding workflow through final badge approval notification. Incomplete or incorrect forms will delay the onboarding process. Your request will be processed within 5 business days. Upon successful completion of all assigned tasks and training, contractors will secure a badge.

**All contractors working inside any Cleveland Clinic facility launched under Buildings & Properties/Construction are required to have TB testing done. There are no exceptions.

**ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) training is required for all Union and Non-Union Contractors, Vendors and Consultants working on any Cleveland Clinic construction projects within the United States.
