The submission deadline is noon, fourteen working days prior to the IRB meeting
The IRB meeting date is the fourth Wednesday of the month, excepting November & December. See calendar for submission deadlines and meeting dates.
The IRB office will be CLOSED
- 11/27/08-11/28/08 for Thanksgiving
- 12/23/08-12/25/08 for Christmas
- 12/31/08-1/1/09 for New Years

If you do not have access to the Cleveland Clinic intranet, you may request a copy of the policies & procedures. These policies will only be released to individuals conducting research in a Cleveland Clinic Facility.
