We encourage all participants to secure their seats in the highly competitive two-week residential program for healthcare executives by paying the $15,000 tuition in full at the time of registration. Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), company check and bank wire are acceptable. Cancellations and Substitutions
If a participant needs to cancel, the participant must submit a request in writing to SamsonGlobalAcademy@ccf.org. Because of program demand, hotel accommodations and extensive pre-program preparations, cancellations received 60 days before the start date of the registered program are entitled to a refund of one-half of the program tuition, one-third within 45 days and one-sixth within 30 days. Requests received less than 30 days before the program's start date are subject to full payment of the program tuition. No-shows are liable for the full tuition.
If an emergency occurs, the participant should email SamsonGlobalAcademy@ccf.org and indicate that a qualified substitute will attend the program on his or her behalf. Kindly provide all contact information for the qualified healthcare executive substitute so we can contact him or her immediately about the program.
