Presentations include how to implement a patient-centric culture of service excellence; the method used to develop our Patients First philosophy; the importance of relationship-centered communication; employee selection, training and engagement; how emerging and innovative clinical technology can advance patient experience; and methods to leverage date for successful outcomes. The forum is committed to practical application so participants will receive tools and resources they can use when they return to their own facility.

PELF attendees have the option to participate in a REDE to Communicate – Foundations of Healthcare Communication course, joining our clinicians as they are introduced to the model of relationship-centered communication and how it applies to any given practice (additional fees apply).

Please note: As a registered attendee, you will be invited to attend a networking dinner on the first night.
