Housing
Housing Facilities
DUE TO RENOVATION/CONSTRUCTION OF DORM ROOMS, HOUSING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL LATE SEPTEMBER, 2012.
Housing is available for visiting students by request only. The student may specify on the application form or send an e-mail to the education office (gasserp@ccf.org) that housing is needed for the duration of their rotation. Housing is located in the TT building on main campus. During the more competitive months, students may share the room with another student. Please plan what you bring with you accordingly. All room keys are provided in the TT building, 4th Floor, Student Education letter box. When you exit off the elevator on the fourth floor, directly in front of you on a table will be the student box. An envelope with the student name will be placed in the box. A key for your assigned room will be provided along with a map of the clinic and any additional information that you may need. At the end of the rotation, the keys will be returned to the box on the fourth floor where envelopes are provided. If any issues on arrival, students may call the Security Office 444-2250 and someone will assist.
Please call the Clinical Education Office , 216.444.9977, to advise if plans change and scheduled housing is not needed. The room will be available the day prior to your elective start date. Tight accommodation schedules do not allow for flexibility. If you plan to be here earlier or later than the scheduled dates, you must contact the education office at 216.444.9977 as other students may be scheduled in the room before and after your stay. Our housing is for the student only. Guests of the student are not permitted.
Service for Medical Student Rooms
Our Housekeeping department will supply linens for the bed and towels for the showers. The room consists of a small refrigerator, desk, phone, vanity, closet.
