Cleveland Clinic’s Body Donation program began many decades ago. Donated bodies are used most often to teach anatomy to the first-year medical students enrolled in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.
Without these generous donations, our medical students, as well as our residents and staff physicians, would not be able to gain crucial knowledge that helps to extend or save the lives of others.
