September 30 - Over the past several months Lakewood Hospital has been conducting major renovations in the South Parking garage. Most of the work has been concentrated on the 1st floor, St. Charles entrance, the 2nd floor south section and the west stairwells. These renovations are nearing completion.

On Saturday October 3, 2009 the renovation project will enter a new phase of work, therefore it will be necessary to close the physician parking area adjacent to the Belle Avenue entrance. This section will be closed to parking for approximately 1 month.

Additional parking spaces will be reserved for physicians on the ground level ramp at the St. Charles entrance.

As you can see by the picture, the ADA bathrooms in each room are being tiled and readied for the grand opening.
